Glacier National Park Wedding | Kalispell, Montana | Julie + Danny

Northwest

Dear Julie + Danny,

There were about a hundred things that made your wedding so wonderful: multiple gorgeous locations, a fun loving bridal party, and wonderful couple. But for me what made it so special was how your wedding was pulled together by your closet family and friends. From all over the world, your loved ones rallied together to build a dance floor, craft homemade pasta, and run the dozens of little errands that are a part of every wedding. It was truly an honor to photograph such a heartfelt celebration, and I hope your first few weeks of married life have been a dream.

Much love to you both,

Nikki

Rather than just locating their photos to those two places, they built enough time in their schedule to get photos at an amazing VRBO, the Research Park and a few spots on campus. It ended up being absolutely amazing, giving them a diverse set of portraits for the bridal party, family, and themselves.

Northwest

When I was planning my wedding, the biggest obstacle in wedding planning is setting the date and securing a location. You can do one with out the other, and finding the place at the right time can be a challenge. When and where you do your wedding determines a a lot about the style and feel of the wedding: big or small, formal or casual, and so on. Today a lot of brides are pushing the boundaries as to where, (and even when) weddings are taking place. I googled some different venues in Colorado (because who doesn’t want to get married in Colorado) and found some pretty incredible, non-traditional locations and I’d love your opinion on them.
